My 2010

4. You are in the last month of 2010! Write about what you accomplished over the year and what you'd like to accomplish in the last month of 2010.

In the year 2010 I accomplished a lot of things. Like some of the things I accomplished was making the Peewee A team, and last weekend we won our home tourney against Hamiota/Strathclair. I've also Accomplished some stuff in school like getting 10 out of 10 on ever fitness run. that I've done very time every year.

In the last month of 2010 I want to accomplish getting 100% or in the 90's on the rest of my assignments and on my math test. I would also like to win all 4 games this week in hockey we've already won 1 of them so it would be nice. I also want to win our other game this month against Souris. I think this year was a good year for me because I did pretty good in school and I've had a pretty good year in hockey only losing 3 games, 2 of them in tournament play. I've had a positive save percentage and a good GAA. Hopefully 2011 is as good as 2010.

Virden Oilers Vs Hamiota/Strathclair

1st period- In the first period of the A side finals in the our home tournament 2 minutes in on the first shot Griffin Horn took a wrist shot from the top of the circle Goal top shelf 1-0 Virden. Then Hamiota took a penalty for roughing we went on the power play. 30 seconds in Tristan Cross walked in took a wrist shot. Post and in! 2-0 Virden after 1.


2nd period- At the start of the second period Virden got into some penalty trouble. There was a scramble in front of the net and the puck flew out to the Hamiota player and put into the back of the net. 2-1 Virden after 2.


3rd period- At the start of the third period it looked like Hamiota had the momentum but they just couldn't score. Tristan Cross went from end to end and put in through the five hole of the goalie. 3-1 Virden. in the final minuites Hamiota pulled there goalie and Kyle Elliot scored on the empty net we won the A side finals.

Marc-Andrea Fleury

Pittsburgh Penguins goaltender Marc-Andrea Fleury has struggled this year and it's not a new thing. Fleury has struggled at the start of the season for the past 2 years. However this year backup Brent Jhonson has a better record, save percentage, and goals against average. Johnson with 6-1-1 record to fleurys 1-6 record. However after Brent Jhonsons 7-4 bad loss to Boston so Fleury could get the start. Is this the Oppertunity he needs?

Ilya Kovalchuck

New Jersey's allstar Ilya Kovalchuck isn't playing like the usuall allstar he is. He has the biggest sallery in the NHL at 102 million but isn't showing for it. Kovalchuck has only regestered 8 points in 15 games and is a -7 rating. Kovalchucks woes have been through the whole season he has bin a healthy scratch once and has moved down the lineup. Last night against Buffalo in the shootout Kovalchuck had o score to keep it going but lost the puck as he was skating as the Buffalo Sabres won 5-4 in the shootout.

Hockey Stick

If i could bring any inanimate object to life it would be Matt Duchene's stick when he scored his first goal. I would tell it to make me rich and famous and get me to the NHL. It would score me lots of goals get me assists and the most points in the league.

Me:How was that first goal Duchene's hockey stick?

Stick: It twas a dirty snipe.

Me: Nice man.

Stick: Bar down every time.

Me: How many goals you got since your first?

Stick: 24 all beauties too.

Me: Sweet how are you doing now?

Stick: Not to bad i am ready to start scoring again this season.

Me: Okay take us through that first blog.

Stick: Well first i was behind the net then came out in front and took the shot, bar down!

Me: Well that sound like quite the goal and it will be one to remember.

Stick: It is one to remember, well I got to go to Colorado for a game against St. Louis.

Me: Well thank for talking.

What animal i am

I am a Silver Fox because I'm very fast and athletic like the fox. I think i am also like the Silver Fox because I don't weigh very much and the Silver Fox is skinny. I am very playful and cute too.My last reason is that it doesn't fight other animals and i don't usually get in fights with other people. Top Ten Marc Andrea Fleury saves

10. Toe save against Montreal in game 4 of the eastern conference quorter finals. It shows that he is very flexible and if very good low.

9. Glove save on Jaromire Jagr. It shows that he has one of the best gloves in the NHL and can see the puck well.

8. Overtime save on Chicago. It shows that he can come up big in clutch situationes and get his team the win.

7. Break away save on New jersey. It shows that he can stare down the shooter well.

6. Stick save on Dallas. It shows how he never gives up on the play and that he has great athetasism.

5. Diving save on Jagr. It shows that he will do anything to make the save.

4. Toe save against detroit in 2008 cup final. It shows that even when he is out of posision he can still get over to the other side of the crease.

3. 2 on 1 save against buffalo. It shows that he can can push of to the other side of the crease and you his glove.

2. Stanley cup save on Detroit. It shows that he can win a Stanley Cup and one of the best goalies in the NHL.
1. Breakaway save on Ovechkin. It shows that he can rob anyone on a break away and is very flexible in his net.
